The Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg of Robert Bosch Foundation encourages students and young people from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, South Eastern Europe and the Community of Independent States to apply for a yearlong education (accompanying  regular studies) in project management starting in summer 2004.
Participants are invited to seminars to discuss political and social issues and receive training in project management as well as internship opportunities.
Applicants should
— be at the age of 18 to 24
— be able to follow a seminar in German language
— be willing to engage in societal issues and conduct their own project.

Deadline for application: March 10, 2004.
