Network of the Baltic Sea NGOs and Regional Information and Support Centre for NGOs are pleased to invite to participate in V Baltic Sea Non-governmental Organisations Forum “Non-governmental Sector of the Baltic Sea Region a Year after the Enlargement of the European Union – Good Practices”, which will take place from 12th to 13th of May 2005 in Gdynia.
This international meeting of the representatives of NGOs will become a platform for sharing experience and know-how in the field of building civic society and will be the continuation of a long-term co-operation between foreign partners.
The branch sessions of the Congress will focus on the following topic areas: ecology/environmental protection, culture/education, human rights/socially excluded groups, local and regional development. The participants will have a chance to take part in one of them according to their interest declared earlier.
