“Length of service” in the not-for-profit sector

76 of the participants answered the following question: “How long have you worked in the not-for-profit sector?” The answers varied from 0-30 years. The median value was exactly 2– that is to say  2 years of service. If arranged in order greatness, half of the values received by survey participants would be situated above and half below the length of service value of 2 years.
