28.4% of the questioning participants indicated some form of practical experience. 17.1% of those answering the question (21.6% of those surveyed) had no practical experience, in as much as they had only just begun their work in the not-for-profit sector. This may firstly point to a renewal of “competency in the workforce” in the not-for-profit sector, and secondly, at the desire to broaden and deepen knowledge to alleviate the workload in not-for-profit sector. 9.1% of the course participants have experience in conducting various seminars, conferences and training sessions. 4.5% of those surveyed have experience in implementing various programmes aimed at children including those with physical and mental illnesses or disabilities. The remaining types of practical experience cannot be generalized. However they do illustrate the diversity of the different types of NGO activity. The majority of types of activity are voluntarily undertaken.
