2 NGOs registered by the Justice Department of Minsk City Executive Committee for the considered period are organisations encouraging people to take part in interesting and active pastimes.

The Youth NGO “Avant-garde Art” has been created with the earmarked purposes of assisting in forming conditions favourable for young musicians to realise their creative abilities and also in helping spread awareness of various styles of modern music amongst young people.

The NGO “Elida” unites efforts of those who aim to form conditions for the discovery of various forms of active pastimes and to encourage healthy lifestyles.
