76 participants answered the question: “To which NGOs do you apply to for services?” The answers range from 0-6 NGOs. A visual distribution of answers is presented in the diagram: “To which NGOs do you apply to for services?” (Belarusian version) An overwhelming majority of NGOs falling into this study (68.5%) do not make use of services rendered by any NGOs or make use of services rendered by just one NGO.

It is important to note that of those NGOs taking part in the questionnaire, only international NGOs make use of over 4 NGOs. Analysis of the data showed, that 18.67% of “Minsk-based” NGOs do not make use of any NGO services. It is possible to assume that by and large “Minsk-based” NGOs act as a service resource rather than as a service customer. 16% of “Minsk-based” NGOs make use of just 1 NGO. 8% make use of 2 NGOs. In other regions, NGOs also make use of services from only 1-3 other NGOs and this is not such a bad sign considering how few resource centres actually exist.
