In June and July of this year, visitors to the Portal were asked to evaluate the financial positions of their NGOs. According to the results of a survey, of those who took part, 75.66% indicate that their NGOs are under funded; 5.41% experience a surplus of funds but have difficulty managing their finances generally; 18.92% indicated that they experience no financial difficulties (i.e. are sufficiently funded) in terms of both quantity of funds and in terms of their management. It is therefore possible to assume that only 1/3 of Belarusian NGOs (24.33%) have sufficient funds to realize their goals.
