International Conference held by the Ministry of Justice
International scientific and practical conference titled "Efficient Norm-Elaboration Activity as a Precondition to Ensure Rights and Freedoms of the Citizens" was held by the Ministry of Justice on May 15-16, 2007 in Minsk. The Conference has been organized with a view to improving law-elaboration activity, developing additional measures and methods to upgrade quality of regulatory legal acts.
The representatives from the Ministry of Justice, governmental bodies and institutions, non-governmental organizations, leading scientists and experts in the field of jurisprudence from Germany, England, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus (about 100 persons) take part in the Conference.
The Collected Materials will be published based on the Conference results.
