Thrift and Saving Directive No. 3 is under elaboration in Belarus. Directive No. 3 related to energy resources thrift and saving treats the same as the basis of the national security. It is being elaborated on the instruction of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The Belarusian Leader has stressed during the meeting at Naftan JSC on January 23, that the following two Directives were adopted: On Discipline Directive, for which fulfillment the State Secretary of the Security Council bears personal responsibility, and a Directive aimed against bureaucratism of the officials, for which the Head of the Preident's Administration is personally responsible. The third Directive concerning thrift and saving is under elaboration at present. The person responsible for implementation thereof will be the Prime-Minister of this country. BELTA
