In an effort to raise a role of national cinematograph in social and cultural life of the Republic of Belarus, to support young talented cinematographers, to bring national cinema up to higher standards, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus together with a Non-Governmental Organisation "Belarusian National Youth Union" announced an Open Youth Competition for Cinema-projects, dedicated to national thematic.
