Minsk office to deal with refugee issues
Candidates should possess the following skills:
à Graduate degree in Law, Humanitarian or Social Sciences;
à Fluency in English knowledge of other foreign language would be an asset;
à Good computer skills;
à Cross-cultural sensitivity.
Previous professional experience, although not absolutely necessary, would be a definite asset.
