The Belarusian-Russian youth forum held on February 27 in Polotsk initiated cooperation between the youth public organizations of the neighboring regions. The regional Palace of Culture played host for the event which attended by representatives of the BRUU Polotsk town and regional organizations, Smolensk town organization of the Russian youth union, Pskov student association, tourists centers, bank branches.
