Belarus Today 2004 January February March April July Gomel Denies Registration to New Public Organizations 14(240) 06.04.2004 Administration of Justice of the Gomel regional executive committee has denied registration of a new regional public association Civil Alternative. Over 200 citizens of the region stood out founders of the organization, most of them friends of the closed association Civil Initiative. The Administration of Justice delayed the official decision for about 4 months, instead of 30 days.
