| Charitable action “Sweeten Christmas up for Sick Children” | |
|
Every year on the Eve of Christmas and New Year the UWB carries out a charitable action “Sweeten Christmas up for Sick Children” on gathering gifts for children from orphanages, needy families and for sick children hospitalized during holidays far from home.
Representatives of different NGÎs, ordinary citizens brought their presents. Each year grows the number of gifts from business companies, embassies, representations of the international organizations. Parcels with gifts arrived from abroad collected by the European and American children with the help of charitable organizations.
The presents gathered during the action has been passed on to sick children in hospitals and orphanages. |
