Web-site of programs of harm reduction in Belarus http://www.hrbelarus.info is created within the framework of the project    "Rendering of qualitative complex services on AIDS prevention among drug users in Belarus".

Brief announcement of the basic sections:

• Base information on programs of harm reduction: philosophy, why it is necessary, etc.
• To anonymous consulting agencies for drug users, i.e. the appropriate section will be devoted which already now contains Internet-version of some information materials issued within the framework of the project.
• About some difficulties of the further development of the programs.

Reports on realization of researches in cities (since 1999) and experience of life without fund financing, samples of questionnaires and other materials will be placed in this section in the future.

Narcotism – is the biggest section which includes the description of logical model of treatment, information on realities of the narcological account, out-patient treatment and hospitalization in Minsk,how to choose the rehabilitation centre, a brief description of the basic methods of treatment of narcotism.

 In the section " Positive movement " will contain information on life of people living with AIDS in Belarus, , the information on activity of the NGO " Positive movement ".
