EU 4 Youth Programme – Grant Scheme

The present EU4Youth Grant Scheme serves the general objective of the action by supporting educational opportunities and employment perspectives for youth. In particular it aims to address the key challenges faced by disadvantaged youth, including internally displaced youth and youth in conflict-affected areas, and in the field of youth entrepreneurship by identifying actions and actors that may have a potential for systemic impact in this policy area

In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:

  • be a legal person and
  • be non-profit-making (participation is also open to for-profit making entities in exceptional and duly justified cases and as long as the non-profit character of the proposed actions is observed), and
  • active in the field of youth policy, youth education and employment, or youth entrepreneurship and
  • be established in an Eastern Partnership country (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) or an EU Member State and
  • be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.
